How does the launch offer work? +
Your first 3 months are charged at 50% off the regular price. After that, you're automatically billed at the standard rate. You can cancel anytime before the 3 months end if it's not for you — no hoops, no penalties.
Can I switch plans later? +
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated). Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle so you keep access until you've been billed for.
What happens if I need more user seats? +
Just upgrade to the next plan. Starter is 1 seat, Pro is 3 seats, Plus is 5 seats. If you need more than 5, email us at booksclear@polsia.app and we'll set up a custom plan.
Is there a free trial? +
Yes — 14 days free, no credit card required. You get full access to your chosen plan during the trial. After 14 days, you'll be prompted to add a card to continue.
Is my data safe? +
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We never sell your data. You can export your full data history at any time, and we'll delete everything within 30 days of cancellation on request.
